PURPOSE OF DATA PROCESSING

The processing of your personal data is carried out / will be carried out in application of:

• administrative – tax obligations, as well as in execution of the professional assignment in general;
• contractual obligations as amended and integrated;
• sending e-mail communications relating to the activity carried out;
• sending communications relating to activities published on the site;
• sending communications relating to promotional initiatives;
• contact users who write through the site asking for advice;
• Execution of computer authentication;
• Optimisation of user navigation;

Any use of Cookies – or other tracking tools – by this Application or by the owners of third party services used by this Application, unless otherwise specified, has the purpose to identify the User and register their preferences for purposes strictly related to the provision of the service requested by the User.

DATA PROCESSING METHODS

The processing of your data will take place with automated or manual systems designed to store, manage and transmit the data, anyway in order to guarantee the security and confidentiality of the data, with logic strictly related to the purposes themselves, based on the data in our possession and with your commitment to promptly notify us of any corrections, additions and / or updates. In addition to the Data Controller, in some cases, categories of agents involved in the organisation of the site (administrative, commercial, marketing, legal, system administrators) or external subjects (such as suppliers of third party technical services, postal couriers, hosting provider, IT companies, communication agencies) also appointed as Data Processors by the Owner, could have access to data if necessary. The updated list of Managers can always be requested to the Data Controller. We point out that, in compliance with the principles of lawfulness, purpose limitation and data minimisation, pursuant to art. 5 GDPR 2016/679, your personal data will be kept for the period of time necessary for the achievement of the purposes for which they are collected and processed.

SUBJECTS TO WHOM THE DATA MAY BE COMMUNICATED

The data can be communicated to all subjects within the company who carry out activities necessary for the provision of cookies in your favour as detailed above. The subjects belonging to the aforementioned categories, to which the data can be communicated, will use the data as “owners” in full autonomy. For needs related to operation and maintenance, this Application and any third party services used by it may collect System Logs, i.e. files that record the interactions and which may also contain Personal Data, such as the User IP address. For the purposes indicated above, your data may be disclosed to third parties who can access your data by virtue of provisions of law or community legislation. The scope of any data communication will be national; there is no possibility of disclosing the data to undetermined individuals within the European Union.

DATA PROVISION

The provision of the aforementioned data is mandatory in relation to the purposes of the processing. Your refusal to provide the data or to allow their treatment or their communication, may have as a consequence:

• the inability to establish or continue the relationship, or to perform some operations, if the data are necessary for the execution of the relationship or operation;
• the impossibility to carry out some operations which require the communication of data to subjects functionally connected to the execution of the same;
• failure to communicate data to subjects who carry out further activities, not functionally related to the execution of the relationship.
